We reserve the the right to accept, decline,, modify,, or cancel an order if:

- The telephone number or delivery information cannot be verified.
- We suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive activity.
- Delivery is unavailable to the provided address.
If an order is changed or cancelled, we will notify to contact you using the information provided when the order was placed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation requests may not be accepted after the order has been dispatched.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
Prices, discounts, promotions, and shipping fees may change without prior notice. The applicable price is the price displayed when the order is submitted.
Shipping fees are shown during checkout and may vary depending on the delivery location or the applicable promotion.
Cash on Delivery is available when displayed as a payment option during checkout. Orders may be confirmed by telephone or WhatsApp before dispatch, and payment is collected when the order is delivered.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
La Reine Accessories currently delivers to available locations within Lebanon.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed by the shipping carrier, incorrect or incomplete customer information, weather conditions, public holidays, security conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The customer must provide a complete and accessible delivery address and remain available through the telephone number submitted with the order.
If the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, refuses a confirmed order without a valid reason, or repeatedly fails to receive delivery, additional delivery charges may apply to any new delivery attempt.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because of a change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or minor color differences caused by lighting or screen settings.
An exception applies only when an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item confirmed in the order.
In this case, the customer must contact La Reine Accessories as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and provide:
- The order number or customer name.
- Clear photographs or video showing the issue.
- A photograph of the packaging.
- A description of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
The product must remain unused and in its original condition and packaging.
After reviewing the request, La Reine Accessories may, as appropriate, replace the item, provide an equivalent item, or offer another remedy required by applicable law.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, worn, or used earrings, hair accessories, jewelry, socks, tights, and similar personal accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve it.
