SHIPPING POLICY
DELIVERY AREA
La Reine Accessories currently delivers to available addresses throughout Lebanon.
DELIVERY FEE
A standard delivery fee of $4 applies to orders within Lebanon, unless a different rate or free-delivery promotion is displayed during checkout.
The final delivery charge will be shown before the order is submitted.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are generally delivered within 3 to 5 business days after the order has been confirmed by La Reine Accessories.
Business days exclude Sundays, official holidays, and days when delivery services are unavailable.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the customer’s location, the shipping carrier, public holidays, weather, security conditions, high order volumes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After an order is submitted, our team may contact the customer by telephone or WhatsApp to confirm the order, products, address, and delivery information.
Orders may not be dispatched if the provided telephone number or delivery information cannot be confirmed.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete:
- Full name
- Telephone number
- City or area
- Street and building details
- Floor or apartment number, when applicable
- Nearby landmark, when needed
La Reine Accessories is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information.
CASH ON DELIVERY
When Cash on Delivery is selected, payment must be made to the delivery representative when the order arrives.
Customers are encouraged to prepare the correct amount whenever possible.
MISSED OR REFUSED DELIVERY
The customer must remain reachable using the telephone number submitted with the order.
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the confirmed order is refused without a valid reason, an additional delivery fee may apply to a new delivery attempt.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Customers should inspect their order as soon as it is received.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order, please contact La Reine Accessories as soon as reasonably possible and provide the order details together with clear photographs or video showing the issue.
